Every top sportsman (or women) understands their sport and most importnat of all, is keen to learn more.

It is importnat to fully understand what it is we are doing and why. As we develop as a team and learn more about our 'sport' we will become a stronger force. 

1. This video below is basic but is worth watching all the way through. I wold be surprised if there wasn't something new you can learn.
